The CTCPA coordinates the publication of the April IAA Review.

The CTCPA is coordinating the special edition of the March-April 2019 edition of the special "Food Preservation Technologies" special issue of the Revue Industrie agricoles et alimentaires (IAA) with 6 full articles on new scientific and technical topics.

These topics include biopreservation coupled with high-pressure technology, heat resistance of bacterial spores, food decontamination techniques (vacuum steam, pulsed light, cold plasmas), decontamination by oxidative stress, new food dehydration techniques, and improved freezing of food products.
