The Pacaleg project, in which CTCPA participates, has just started. The subject is dry vegetables in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur "from the analysis of the needs of processors to the realities of agricultural production".
The challenge of the Pacaleg project is to participate in the creation of new legume-based food products in order to encourage processing agri-food companies to produce them. The creation of a local demand for raw materials would then encourage agricultural stakeholders to continue and improve their local legume production.
