Consumers are increasingly attentive and demanding with regard to the composition of food products. According to the latest Kantar TNS 2018 "Food 360" study, healthy eating is a fundamental expectation in all countries, but a growing proportion of consumers (66%) consider it likely that food will harm their health.

The FOX project (Food processing in a Box) is a project funded by H2020 and supported by 26 partners across Europe including CTCPA.
The aim of this project is to stimulate the transition from a large-scale centralised food processing industry to an approach that offers new business opportunities for short or near-farm regional value chains.

CTCPA has just invested in 23 new on-board sensors, bringing its national park to 157. In 3 years, the Centre has doubled the number of its on-board sensors, enabling it to operate on large fleets of industrial autoclaves and to increase the number of simultaneous operations.
