New session of the MOOC ACTIA "Food Quality"

Nearly 3000 people registered for the first session in April.

ACTIA, the French network of technical institutes for the food industry, is once again putting the MOOC "Food Quality" online. This MOOC is the result of collaborative work between Actia's partners and the thirty-two Network Centres, including CTCPA and its experts:

  • Stéphane André for the microbiological quality part,
  • Stéphane Georgé for the nutritional quality part,
  • Marie-Pierre Labau for the environmental quality part,
  • François Zuber for the conclusion of the Mooc.
