Microbial ecology, line and cleaning audits

The CTCPA proposes to act directly on your production lines in order to :

  • identify the points of multiplication, accumulation or entrance of line’s microorganisms
  • characterize the altering capable microorganisms for a particular sector
  • validate the cleaning processes or the use of disinfectants
