The CTCPA provides training for job seekers in POEC (operational preparation for collective employment)

The POEC or operational preparation for collective employment is a vocational training reform mechanism created to promote the reintegration of jobseekers.
POEC aims to provide rapid access to sustainable employment and to train people for jobs that are difficult for companies to recruit.

Within the framework of a POEC, IFRIA PACA called on the skills of the CTCPA to provide the "Product Transformation" and "Machine Operation" parts of the Multi-Purpose Operator in the Agri-Food Industry training.
Our trainers provided nearly 77 hours of training over 3 months, including:

  • theoretical courses,
  • visits to company production workshops (a very small company and a large group),
  • practical work in the technological hall of the CTCPA in Avignon.

The provision of the technology hall for practical work enabled trainees to discover in practical terms the aspects related to product processing (jam preparation), machine operation (soup production), safety and workstation organisation methods, first-level maintenance.
