The CTCPA is equipped with a new juice extractor with cold pressing, allowing it to extend its support on the formulation of fruit and vegetable juices on a very diversified range (root, deciduous, citrus fruits).

The CTCPA thus completes its expertise in the development of fruit and vegetable juices in order to continue to offer its customers recipes adapted to their objectives and preserving the nutritional qualities of their products.

This extractor is the ideal tool for process and product development for validation studies (microbiological and nutritional analyses) as well as for small pre-series (depending on volumes).
In addition, the CTCPA can offer you the opportunity to test and compare different preservation technologies on your juice recipes (pasteurization, high-pressure treatment, etc.) to find the best cost/quality compromise.
