According to the latest Kantar TNS 2018 "Food 360" study, healthy eating is a fundamental expectation in all countries, but a growing proportion of consumers (66%) consider it likely that food will harm their health.

The CTCPA received confirmation of its ITAI qualification from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food on February 8, 2018. This qualification attests to the role of the Technical Centre as a technological research, expertise, technical assistance and training body at the service of companies and in particular SMEs.

The FOX project (Food processing in a Box) is a project funded by H2020 and supported by 26 partners across Europe including CTCPA.

The distribution channels for "bulk" products have become sources of inspiration for eco-innovation in sectors that go far beyond organic cereals in organic stores. Indeed, these distribution methods are much more advanced than they seem and their favourable ecobalance does not result from a "elimination" of packaging, but from the separation of the product preservation process into two stages: 1) from manufacturing to distribution, and 2) from the consumption cycle.

Savor & Sens, has been offering a variety of French-made products since 1999: jams, syrups, vinaigrettes, flavoured sugars, olive oil preparations... with original and colourful flavours.
